Creating a new Destination

To begin, you need to establish a connection or destination between a Breyta object type and a Hubspot company or contact. This mapping process ensures that the scores are properly transferred from their source to the intended destination.

1. From Breyta’s Integrations page, select the Hubspot integration

2. Click on Destinations, then + Add

3. Select the Object (type) to export the score from and the Hubspot object data stream to export the score to. For example, People object type to Contacts data stream or Company object type to Companies.


4. Hit Create Destination to save.

In the hubspot Destinations page, you'll see all the destinations you've created between Breyta object types and Hubspot objects:

Now that you have mapped the object types in Breyta to objects in Hubspot, you can proceed with selecting specific scores to export.

1. Click on the relevant destination, then + Add

2. From the dropdown, select the score to export

3. Create a label for your score (how the field will be named in Hubspot), then Create Destination

4. Repeat, as needed! You can send multiple scores from Breyta to Hubspot within a destination.

Once the destination set-up is complete, you're done! 👏🏼 A custom field will be automatically created in Hubspot for the relevant object where scores will be sent automatically. This is what the custom field will look like in Hubspot:

Sync frequency

Initial score export: Within 1 hour

Ongoing score syncs: Generally every 10 minutes, but can take up to an hour

Activating the data in Hubspot

By sending scores from Breyta to Hubspot, you unlock a range of possibilities to engage your sales, marketing, and customer engagement effort. With this capability, you can:

Deleting a score

To delete a score, head to the Hubspot destinations page, click on the score destination you’d like to delete a score from. Next, click the score you want to remove. From the more options icon … select Remove score destination.
