1. Access the Object View:

  • Navigate to the desired object view.

  • Select the Filters option. Here, you'll immediately notice a count indicating the total number of objects under the selected object type.

2. Utilize Filters for Precision:

  1. Fields:

    1. By default, the platform displays pre-configured fields.

    2. If needed, create new fields to select specific data points sourced from your integrations.

  2. Scores:

    1. Under this filter, all scores associated with the current object type will be displayed.

    2. Should you require a score associated with a different object type, employ the Summarised Feature. This allows for aggregation to the desired object type.

  3. Owned Objects:

    1. This filter displays objects either assigned to you directly in Breyta or those synced from connected CRMs.

3. Real-time Match Count Visualization:

  • As filters are applied, the match count updates instantaneously.

  • Ensure values are specified for each filter; only then will the count reflect matching users.

🚨Note: For the matching count to be accurate, it's crucial to provide values in every filter. Without this, the match count might not show results even if there are potential matches.
