If you're dealing with a dataset sourced from multiple integrations, inconsistencies in object naming can become a challenge. Here's how you can filter out unwanted objects:

1. Identify Inconsistencies:

  • Begin by pinpointing the object that has inconsistent naming. This is your primary target for filtering.

Ex. I want to hide all users with only names, meaning I only wish to focus on objects with email that are coming from the Segment Integration.

2. Determine Relevant Filters:

Reflect on the data fields that can assist in removing the unwanted objects cluttering your workspace. For instance:

  • Integration-specific IDs might help distinguish objects.

  • Email properties can also be instrumental. Notably, Breyta includes this by default, so there's no need to create it anew.

3. Set Up Your View:

  • Once you've determined the most effective properties to use, set up your filter based on this attribute and add columns to you View for better overview.

  • Save your settings and assign a descriptive name to this View for easy access in the future.

πŸ”Œ Note: Implementing this filter only alters the objects displayed in the view you've just created. Objects will not be deleted
